Recycling Collection Services
Recon Recycling provides customized recycling collection services for businesses, manufacturers, and multi-family residential buildings. Recon believes it is our responsibility to Recycle Everything, which is why we accept scrap metals, appliances and electronics (TVs/Computers) in addition to standard recyclable materials.
Recon also believes in providing excellent customer service and applying a consultative approach based on each client’s individual needs. Additionally, we offer sustainability consulting for our client’s environmental initiatives such as purchasing of eco-friendly products, energy efficiency, water conservation and more.
Our clients are currently based in the following areas: Downtown, Little Italy, Southeast San Diego, Golden Hill, North Park, South Park, Hillcrest, Mission Hills, Old Town, Sports Arena, Miramar and National City. Additional areas available upon request.

Our Process
- Site Visit - Perform waste stream analysis
- Develop a Proposal - Create a customized plan based on the facility's individual needs
- Implement Customized Recycling Program - Provide containers, perform client training and begin regularly scheduled collection of recyclables
- Evaluation Period - Monitor and modify collection process based on the needs of the facility, quantity and type of recyclables produced
- Program Refinement - Provide ongoing education, continually assess service needs, and tweak program as necessary
