Special Event Recycling Services

Hundreds of special events occur each year.  Each of these events produces an incredible amount of waste, much of which is recyclable.  In order to comply with California’s Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989, cities are requiring communities to divert 50% of waste from landfills. Our own city has recently passed a recycling ordinance that requires all special events to recycle.  This is a great opportunity to implement a recycling program. Whether you are hosting a sporting event, special event, or music festival, do your part to help reduce waste.
